We upgraded Servo system of Trutzschler Carding Machine DK-903 at Opto Electronics Lab. We Replace the premade system of Trutzschler Servo parts with our developed system. BAUMULLER Servo Drive is replace by EMHEATER Servo Drive.
We here at Opto Electronics replace BAUMULLER servo drives on TRUTZSCHLER card DK803 and DK903. We use EMHEATER servo drives compatibility. BAUMULLER servo drive have too much troubleshooting issue as it is a old servo drive system which in not available in market. It is also a costly system. We use emheater servo drive replace with One Year Warranty. It is the best servo system in China Servo Industry with a very reasonable price. 90% parts in servo are made in Japan and all parts are easily available in market also very easy to repair.
PLC, Display and Motor remain same. We will only replace your drive and motor Encoder. We have already installed this system in tens of Mills.
